Jakarta officially the Special Capital Territory of Jakarta, is the capital and largest city of Indo
Yesterday I woke up early! Very early. Back to my normal sleeping patterns. Lots of tossing and turning. This morning I woke up at 3am thinking. JAKARTA! Why? I don't know. I do know I'm all stuffy this morning. I'm going to do a little work and then go ride my bike. One of the unexpected benefits to my morning exercise is that my troublesome sinuses open like crazy and my headaches have been so much better the last few months. I have to keep a box of kleenex next to my bike. It's not pretty.
Wow, Mario Batalli has lost a lot of weight.
Yesterday I:
- Got up too early
- Did my morning biking
- Went and worked out with Daisy
- Threw my Katy in my car
and we:
- Ran to the Eye Doctor to get my glasses adjusted
- Went to the health food store to look around
- Had lunch at the Thai food place that I've always wanted to try (SO GOOD!)
- So full went to Biggbys for coffee to recover
- Went to the mall to Christmas shop.
- Bought my daughter a very cute coat and party dress.
- Came home and did nothing else.
Today I have a doctors appointment this afternoon, and yoga tonight. Tomorrow is another full day of appointments and lunch with family. No wonder I'm having trouble trying to lose weight.
I had grand intentions of things to talk about but my morning is getting away from me. I need to do a little work, and I need to go make another cup of coffee. So I'll squish it down into this.
One of the most useful things I've learned in my life is that we are all the same. Same thoughts, same feelings. No matter how you talk, live or look. No matter what country you live in, or language you speak. Your brain is exactly the same as my brain. Same thinking abilities.

So true but maybe North Koreans may beg to differ some. Love your new pic.
I slept well last night and it occurred to me only later in the morning that it was because I took my pain meds for the first time in a long time. If only I could wake up this way everyday.
Sounds like you are enjoying this vacation.
I'm thinking about this --
"One of the most useful things I've learned in my life is that we are all
the same. Same thoughts, same feelings. No matter how you talk, live
or look. No matter what country you live in, or language you speak.
Your brain is exactly the same as my brain. Same thinking abilities."
I think I agree with this part --
"One of the most useful things I've learned in my life is that we are all
the same. Same thoughts, same feelings. No matter how you talk, live
or look. No matter what country you live in, or language you speak. "
But don't agree so much with this part --
"Your brain is exactly the same as my brain. Same thinking abilities."
But I really like when you put something out there to roll around in my brain.
You are a cool person Tracy!
lol i though Jakarta has always been Indo's capital? Why did you wake up thinking about that?? how random!!! I lived on the island that Jakarta's on for 2 months in 2009, at a place called Jogyakarta u might know it:) best thing I've ever done!!
And your post reminded me of it made me think of happy things! So thank you
maybe you want a vacation and to run away from work!!!
You're right -- except I didnt dream of Jakarta.. I dreamt of St Barts.
I did one week at the gym. Then, in preparation for the boyfriend leaving town, neither of us made it to the gym. Time to start back again tonight. And maybe buy some premade lunches and dinners to make eatily healthily easier.
I've been up early since the time change. I'm still adjusting. The latest on the good guy is he has fallen out of bed two nites in a row.
@GoodGuyTheBoss - Wow! Maybe it's time for a furniture rearrangement.
@tracy - I'm afraid if I change it he'll get lost! LOL
