  • oh wow good job!!!!!!! I used to do crunches on the exercise ball and even tried with weights in my hands but I just couldn't do it haha but it gets easier.....its so good for you to do exercises with the exercise ball. You know a really good one in lifting the exercise ball up between you feet with straight legs to your hands and then bringing it down to the ground and then lift it up with your hands and transfer it back between your feet/legs/ SO good for your abs one of my favorite exercises ever!! :)

    I took the numbers off the box. 

    Not zero fat but you still come in lower than the WW sandwich. 

  • @skanickadee - hmmmm, I will have to give that a shot.  I have some of the french onion.  If I remember to take one with me to work, I'll let you know how it is tomorrow!

    @isitreal_no - I actually now sit on my exercise ball all day at work instead of my office chair.  Love it!

  • Looks delicious. Skipped the gym last night but didn't eat too horrendously. Too much pizza, but it was thin crust and mostly veggie. Nom nom nom.
