Replacement Breakfast Sandwich
I bought the ingredients this weekend and made my own version of the pesky breakfast sandwich that I so love.

It's that damn fat free cheddar. That stuff is really nasty. I'll work on it.
Have you ever done crunches on an exercise ball? Man oh Man it's scary. I'll work on that too.

oh wow good job!!!!!!! I used to do crunches on the exercise ball and even tried with weights in my hands but I just couldn't do it haha but it gets easier.....its so good for you to do exercises with the exercise ball. You know a really good one in lifting the exercise ball up between you feet with straight legs to your hands and then bringing it down to the ground and then lift it up with your hands and transfer it back between your feet/legs/ SO good for your abs one of my favorite exercises ever!!
What about this?
Laughing Cow Lite Swiss Cheese Wedge 1 wedge 35 cal 1.5g fat 1g carb 2g protein
0g fiber 210mg sodium
I took the numbers off the box.
Not zero fat but you still come in lower than the WW sandwich.
@skanickadee - hmmmm, I will have to give that a shot. I have some of the french onion. If I remember to take one with me to work, I'll let you know how it is tomorrow!
@isitreal_no - I actually now sit on my exercise ball all day at work instead of my office chair. Love it!
you are certainly dedicated .. that fat free cheese is rough.
Looks delicious. Skipped the gym last night but didn't eat too horrendously. Too much pizza, but it was thin crust and mostly veggie. Nom nom nom.
So how was the sandwich?
@tracy - really??? I can't imagine doing that, your posture and core strength will improve sooo much!
